well, all i can say is yet another chance to learn a lesson has passed me by...the test that i forgot about until an hour and a half before i took it came back 276/300...for those not so math-inclined, that's an A...go figure...thing is, i actually knew the stuff too, although i didn't study...guess it pays to pay attention in class :)

i get paid next week and none too soon...i really need to find a job during the week. here's to hoping!

so it's my buddy jon's birthday today...the big 22....happy birthday to the geezer. which reminds me...i'm gonna be 24 in a few months and feel like i don't have crap to show for it. although, i guess it's in the eye of the beholder...i'm a lot luckier than some i guess. just still plugging away at my school, and job hunting again...i need something during the week.

comedy night is coming up at the wichita...woohoo! can't beat a 2 dollar cover charge for two hours of comedy. works for me, especially since i got a few more hours today filling in for the boss at work. woohoo! it's part of a comedy competition, so it's got to be good!

wow, you'd think i'd totally forgotten about this blog lol. no such luck...

not much is new, except that after much snow, ice, and slush, i had cabin fever that made 'the shining' look like a toddler's tea party. i just wasn't meant to be cooped up all the time, with no options to get out. plus, i was going to job hunt during my first week of school, and instead i lost power, and didn't have class. so we'll see what happens this week :)

i went to the casino and blew 10 bucks...dammat. at least they have free pepsi...i was gonna earn my damn money's worth, one 4 dollar pop at a time lol

ok, i must say...oregon has a SERIOUS shortage of decent, attractive guys. i'm sure every guy out there says "except me", but oh contrare...i realize i'm no prize physically, but i have other attributes that are worthy...and i am pretty much just seeing either 1)pretty and dumb, or 2)ugly and dumb, with a small spattering of 3)not bad, but taken. is there no hope? i've asked the bouncers at the bar to import some hot guys...it's sad when three males agree there are NO attractive guys at the bar...bleh makes me REALLY want to just up and move lol.

got my first paycheck in too long...how good did THAT feel? :) now once i find something during the week, i'll be all set to move out...YAY. things are definitely looking up :)
